Discovery Village is open every day. Our children’s immersive role play experience is ready to welcome little visitors because we know how important imaginative play is!
In between play sessions, Discovery Village closes completely allowing our team to spring clean and reset the village to make sure everything is perfect for our next guests.

Our off-peak play sessions are Monday-Friday during school term time. Our Peak play sessions are weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.

Our term time and holiday opening hours follow BCP (Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council) school holiday periods. We limit the number of children and adults at each play session to give children the space they need to play, explore and grow.
What’s included in your play sessions
Perfect for children aged 1-8 years old and for those of all abilities, our exciting two hour indoor play sessions are Bournemouth’s great alternative to soft play. From the moment you arrive your children will receive a warm welcome from our performers who will encourage them to explore our role play village. Each play session is full of songs, movement and activities for those who want to be involved.
