This Policy applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and Discovery Village the owner and provider of this Web Site. This Policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us in relation to your use of the Web Site and any Services or Systems therein.

- 2.13 Cookie information (see Clause 10 below).
- Our Use of Data
- 3.1 Any personal Data you submit will be retained by Discovery Village for as long as you use the Services and Systems provided on the Web Site. Data that you may submit through any communications System that we may provide may be retained for a longer period of up to six months.
- 3.2 Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to Clause 4, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties. This does not include our affiliates and / or other companies within our group.

- 3.4 Any or all of the above Data may be required by us from time to time in order to provide you with the best possible service and experience when using our

- 5.1 Discovery Village may, from time to time, expand or reduce its business and this may involve the sale of certain divisions or the transfer of control of certain divisions to other parties. Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any division so transferred, be transferred along with that division and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was supplied by you.

- Tickets purchased are only valid on the date and session time stated on the ticket.
- Discovery Village tickets are not for resale, are non-refundable and have no cash value.
- Guests are reminded that for technical and operational reasons, any part of the play village may be closed, altered, removed or be otherwise unavailable at any time without prior notice.
- Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian, aged 18 or over, at all times.
- Babies in arms are admitted free of charge and require a free ticket. Children that can crawl and walk will require a ticket to enter Discovery Village.
- Play sessions are 2 hours long and Discovery Village and the Village Cafe closes completely between each play session for cleaning.
- Please read all safety signage before entering the play village. Staff instructions must be obeyed at all times and the management reserve the right to refuse entry to any person without reason.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Details of your name and address are recorded and may be used for updating you with information relating to Discovery Village. These records are for our sole use. Under the terms of the Data Protection Act, you have the right to advise us at any time if you do not wish to receive further contact from Discovery Village.
- Discovery Village cannot accept any responsibility for damage or theft to any vehicles whilst on these premises. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
- Discovery Village cannot accept responsibility for items lost inside inside Discovery Village or in our car park area.
- Discovery Village cannot accept responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal items.
- Discovery Village reserves the right to vary ticket prices and product costs without prior notice.
- Discovery Village may modify our Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our service and this website an our services following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms and Conditions.
- By booking a party at Discovery Village you agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below.
- Capacites are detailed on our website at the point of booking.
- For availability please check your desired dates through our bookings page.
- Birthday parties are held within our standard play sessions and are not exclusive use
- Any dietary requirements must be confirmed by email at least 72 hours before the day of your booking.
- Additional spaces for siblings/guests outside of the party capacities need to be booked as standard tickets and these are excluded from the food and drink package.
- Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian, aged 18 or over, at all times.
- A 50% deposit is required at the point of booking to secure your party space. 100% payment is required 14 days before the day of your booking.
- Final payments not made 14 days before the day of the party will result in cancelation of the party and loss of the deposit.
- Deposits are non refundable.
- You are welcome to provide your own birthday cake. It is your responsibility to provide allergen information to all your guests. Cakes containing nuts are not permitted.
- All visitors to Discovery Village must comply with the Discovery Village play rules and our terms and conditions at all times.
- Management reserve the right to refuse admission and ask people to leave the premises.
- Discovery Village reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time for circumstances that may arise that are beyond our control and/or would endanger staff, customers or anyone within the premises. Whilst Discovery Village will give as much notice as possible we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred from such cancellations.
- Tickets are non-refundable and refunds will not be given under any circumstance.
- Tickets are date and session specific and must be used on this date and at the correct time.
- This includes date specific, event and/or special offer tickets which are valid only for the date specified on the ticket.
- If any amendments are required to date specific bookings or tickets, this will be subject to a charge and availability. Please contact us at Discovery Village at least 48 hours prior to your session booking.
- We must be able to scan the barcode on your printed or digital ticket to allow you into Discovery Village and the Village Cafe.
- Only babies in arms are admitted free of charge (ticket still required). Crawling and walking children and adults require a ticket to enter Discovery Village and the Village Cafe. If the incorrect tickets are purchased in advance additional tickets will be available to purchase at Discovery Village if required at our standard prices on the door.
- Discovery Village gift cards can be used to purchase tickets online. Lost gift cards cannot be replaced.
- By visiting us at Discovery Village you consent to us photographing or filming you for promotional purpose without payment to you. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let us know when you arrive.
- We use third-party banking and distribution institutions to handle our credit card transactions and order fulfilment. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order. All such organisations are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.
- When you create an account and/or while ordering online you will be given the option to receive information from Discovery Village by email about news, promotions or special offers which we feel may be of interest to you. In the event that you do not wish to be contacted for such purposes, ensure that the appropriate box is not ticked as you go through the checkout process. You may unsubscribe from our contact list at any time.
- Discovery Village gift vouchers can be redeemed for full or part payment against ticket purchases online.
- Lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers can not be replaced.
- Discovery Village gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no change or refunds will be given.
- Gift vouchers will expire 12 months after the date of purchase and any remaining balance on the gift card will not be refunded.
- The balance (£) remaining on any gift voucher can be checked at any time by contacting our friendly team at Discovery Village.
- Only original gift vouchers will be accepted.
- Gift vouchers are sent via email to your chosen recipient.
- Gift vouchers are not tickets. Ticket prices are subject to change and if the value on your Gift Card is below the value of the tickets you wish to purchase, the difference in price must be paid with a valid payment method either at Discovery Village or on our website.

2- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Discovery Village Ltd. and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13- Winners will be chosen: at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Discovery Village and or its agents. In relation to competitions where winners are decided as a result of a popular vote conducted via social media sites these will be measured and recorded and verified by Discovery Village ltd.
14- The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by Discovery Village Ltd. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15- Discovery Village Ltd. will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
16- Discovery Village Ltd’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
