At Discovery Village, we celebrate every child—because each one is wonderfully unique.
Our SEND-friendly play sessions are designed for children with special educational needs and their families. We create a calm, welcoming space where children can explore, play, and feel at ease.
Sessions are quieter and more relaxed than our standard play times. We limit numbers to reduce noise and avoid crowds. This helps children feel comfortable and supported from the moment they arrive.
Children can enjoy a range of imaginative role-play stories and themed areas. They are free to explore at their own pace, with no pressure to join in. Whether they want to play, observe, or take their time, that’s absolutely fine.
We also offer sensory-friendly elements throughout the village. These support different needs and help children feel more settled during their visit.
Our sessions encourage creativity, confidence, and gentle social interaction. Most importantly, they give families the chance to enjoy special time together in a space that understands their needs.

Siblings are also very welcome to join and enjoy the experience together.

We understand that every family is different. That’s why we aim to keep things as flexible as possible.

- Leave and re-enter the session if required
