Absolutely! We understand that birthday cakes are a personal part of any child's birthday party. Please be mindful of allergens and display any necessary signage letting your guests know what ingredients your cake contains. We'll provide plates, napkins and a knife if required. Our party packages include a cupcake tower with candles free of charge
Yes, all children entering Discovery Village require a ticket. Siblings will need to be counted within the party capacity if they wish to attend. Children over 12 who will not use the play area may be classed as an adult.
Our wonderful team of performers are on hand to encourage children to explore through play and to take part in our story of the day. Whilst they will always keep an eye on children inside the role play village parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of their child throughout their time with us.
Our play sessions last for 2 hours including time entry and exit. As soon as everyone is comfortable our team of talented performers will start the story of the day. Children are welcome to enter the role play village as soon as they have there shoes off.

Yes we do! We have a large car park right next to Discovery Village that is free for our visitors to use. You will be required to register your vehicle on arrival at Discovery Village so please make sure you know your vehicle registration number.
Discovery Village closes completely between each play session. This allows our team to clean, tidy and reset the role play village and Village cafe so it is ready for our next set of visitors, just as it was for you. The end of your play session will be symbolised by our team encouraging your children
A child (don't forget them!) For health, safety and hygiene reasons outdoor footwear is not permitted within the role play village. Please bring a pair of socks as these must be worn at all times. You will need your E-Ticket that you would have received by email at the point of booking. Our team on

Yes, Discovery Village is fully accessible for those who require a wheelchair. There is flat level access, wide walkways and accessible toilet facilities.
