Our wonderful team of performers are on hand to encourage children to explore through play and to take part in our story of the day. Whilst they will always keep an eye on children inside the role play village parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of their child throughout their time with us.
Our play sessions last for 2 hours including time entry and exit. As soon as everyone is comfortable our team of talented performers will start the story of the day. Children are welcome to enter the role play village as soon as they have there shoes off.
Whilst we find our feet, we are not currently offering children's birthday party packages. Rest assured they are on the list so keep checking back for up to date information. Yes we do! We have a large car park right next to Discovery Village that is free for our visitors to use. You will be required to register your vehicle on arrival at Discovery Village so please make sure you know your vehicle registration number.
Discovery Village closes completely between each play session. This allows our team to clean, tidy and reset the role play village and Village cafe so it is ready for our next set of visitors, just as it was for you. The end of your play session will be symbolised by our team encouraging your children
A child (don't forget them!) For health, safety and hygiene reasons outdoor footwear is not permitted within the role play village. Please bring a pair of socks as these must be worn at all times. You will need your E-Ticket that you would have received by email at the point of booking. Our team on

Yes, Discovery Village is fully accessible for those who require a wheelchair. There is flat level access, wide walkways and accessible toilet facilities. Wherever possible please leave your buggy, pushchair or pram at home. Our car park is only a short walk from our play centre. We understand that this isn't always possible so we do have a dedicated buggy park in our entrance area. For health and safety reasons buggies, pushchairs and prams are not permitted within
Yes we do. Adults are charged at £2.50 each and are limited to two per booking. We limit our capacity for a more enjoyable experience for both children and adults.
