What Our Customers Say
EXCELLENT Based on 215 reviews Posted on Joanna RennieTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just got in from our second visit here in 2 days! The team were so welcoming and the village was so well done that my 7 year old had so much of a ball yesterday that he asked to come back again today! I'd say the experience is aimed at the younger ones (or rather those who are still very engaged in role play like my child is). The props are super thoughtful and there's plenty of options and items, so parents will be super happy about avoiding the constant 'sharing' navigations that can sometimes make play centres feel super hard work. Performers were great on both days - super professional, brilliantly patient with questions from the children and were so engaging, which can be hard with a wider age range. Very well done! Equally, they didn't bat an eyelid if children weren't joining in as the vibe was super easy-going. Music in a setting like this made a lovely difference and the 2 hours flew past, whilst also giving me some very welcome down-time with a coffee and delicious cake. It's an easy 5* review from this mum. Thank you again for a lovely visit that made my son's holiday.Posted on Kate ProsserTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our first visit to Discovery Village whilst visiting from London. SO impressed with the offering, from brilliant interactive play settings, captivating character led activities at least 4 times throughout the 2hr visit, a tidy up slot with music and bubbles to help the small ones realise it’s the end of the session and great choice from the cafe (lovely coffee!) Every detail was so thoughtfully appointed and I thought it was well worth the money. All the staff were super friendly and smiley too :) Thanks for a fab time, we will be back!Posted on Emma MoirTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had such a lovely morning at Discovery Village. It is such a sweet play area with mini shops, hairdressers, super market and lots to do. It is all clean and well kept and even had an actress engaging with the children with imaginative play which was so sweet (and meant we could have a few sips of coffee!). We will definitely be coming back and recommending and the owner is lovely.Posted on Jane MosleyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. BRILLIANT!!! if I could leave more than 5 stars I would. We have been there 5 times now. Once being Christmas. My daughter (4) loves it, there’s a new story every term so it’s a different experience for her each time we go, the acting is brilliant, the staff are brilliant, the cafe is brilliant. The whole place is spotless and well kept. If you haven’t been yet GOPosted on HelloImFaeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had put off coming here for a while as thought the price was a bit steep. However I now regret all the themes we missed, it’s absolutely worth every penny!! We visited for the astronaut theme and it’s all my little girl has talked about for weeks, already booked our next visit. The village is beautiful, every detail is considered and there are a huge range of toys. Even on a fully booked day it didn’t feel overwhelming or busy, the role play kept kids engaged and also gave the perfect amount of time between for free play. The actor was brilliant, she captivated the children and told the story beautifully. We will be regulars!Posted on NicolaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Such a great place to take your children. Very clean ( which is very hard to find now adays !) , great value for money. I have been many times and my children have always had such a fun time. My little boy very much enjoyed the builder theme recently. The actors are always so good with the children and make it so immersivePosted on Brenda GouveiaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Discovery Village yesterday, and I truly cannot emphasize enough how friendly and well-organized the entire team was. My daughter had the best party, and the adults enjoyed a completely stress-free experience. The actress was absolutely amazing, engaging so naturally with both the kids and the grown-ups. Chris and his team were phenomenal from start to finish — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. This is without a doubt one of our favourite places, and we’ll definitely be back.
