What Our Customers Say
EXCELLENT Based on 187 reviews Posted on Rachael PennyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have always enjoyed visiting Discovery Village and thought we would book there for our children to meet Santa. The experience was so well thought out, with great attention to detail and we all had a great time. The value for money for what was included, compared to some other Santa experiences, was incredible and we will definitely come again next year. Highly recommended!Posted on Daniel PowellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. There for the Christmas and Santa. It was absolutely amazing. My little man loved everything. A great space to explore and te right balance of led play. The food was great for him too. The coffee could be improved but when that’s the only problem you’re onto a winner. Would highly recommendPosted on Claire MooreTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We booked our daughter’s 4th birthday party here in November with the gold package. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all of the team for making her party such a success. It was an easy booking process and on the day everything is arranged so there is nothing to worry about apart from turning up on time. The table looked amazing and the entertainer was brilliant and even made our daughter feel special as we did not have exclusive hire. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they even added the cake topper to our cake we provided as I forgot to make it up beforehand. The food is great quality and a decent spread for the kids. My only suggestion would be that the party table is moved away from the wall so that parents can fit behind it and make it easier to supervise the children when eating. Overall would highly recommend booking if you are looking for a high quality stress free party. The gold package is still a great cost effective option and there is plenty of space for the kids and parents and the birthday girl is still made to feel special. My son loves going herePosted on Katherine BessantTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My 3 year old absolutely loved it here and getting involved in the mission of the day! Lots of well stocked roleplay areas to explore, a story running through the session and really nice staff. Reasonably priced food and drink too - will definitely be back :)Posted on Vicky FramptTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wow, today was my first experience at discovery village and can say it won’t be my last! Took my 6 year old nephew and my 7 year old niece and they have already asked when they can go back! The firehouse was a huge hit for him and the vets for her! The actor was fabulous and so enthusiastic! The centre was well attended but there was plenty of tables for everyone to sit with a great atmosphere and the coffee and cake was delicious as well. Facilities were very clean which speaks volumes when most kids venues I’ve visited as you can imagine with kids can not be so. Thank you so much can’t wait to come and visit again - would definitely like to see the centre at Christmas!Posted on Neal HayesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This place is perfect for small children and parents alike. The little village stimulates the playful imagination of the little ones as they meander between the hairdressers, farm shop, vets, fire station, theatre and several others. Astro Angi reads stories and sings songs with us all to keep us even more engaged and entertained. Everyone is so friendly and the setting is truly captivating. And, all of this without mentioning how amazing the food is. The avocado on toast with halloumi and bacon was absolutely delicious and wouldn’t be out of place in an upmarket, high street cafe. Also my son’s beans on toast was pretty rocking. Take time out to visit Discovery Village; your children, and you, will love it.Posted on Charlotte TranckleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used Discovery Village for my daughters party. From the start the team were excellent and getting everything sorted and answering our questions. The village is so clean and nothing looks tired, its just beautiful! The layout is lovely and allows the kids to play safely while parents relax off to the side but can still see them having fun. It felt safe and cosy in there. The actress who lead the play was fantastic and the activity had good breaks so the kids had time for independent play. The party food was lovely without being wasteful and was healthy with no junk! The little baskets and fairy lights were a nice touch and it felt very eco friendly which matters to us. The team were efficient and polite. They also gave our daughter a birthday gift which was very sweet. Also as someone who hates noisy kids places the sound in here somehow is minimal so its not overwhelming at all! Our new fave spot. We love it!!!
